About Gemeez

Gemeez helps you find products and the shops in Egypt that sell them. Each shop has its own page on Gemeez, with its products, its prices and how to reach it.

Who sells

The shop is the seller. It sets its prices, confirms your request, takes the payment, hands over or delivers the goods, and handles returns and warranty. Gemeez does not sell, deliver or take payment for any product.

What Gemeez does

• Gives each shop a page and tools to show its products, keep its stock up to date and answer customer requests, on a monthly subscription.
• Reviews every shop's application before its page goes live, and publishes on the page the shop details the law requires.
• Lets you report a shop that does not keep its word. We review every report and can stop a shop from selling on Gemeez.

Before you buy

Read the page «Buying from a shop on Gemeez». It explains your rights and who to contact.
