What Gemeez is
Gemeez is a website and apps where shops publish their own pages and products. You can browse products, contact shops and send them requests. Gemeez is not the seller of any product on it.
Accepting these terms
By using Gemeez you agree to these terms.
Your account
- Give accurate information.
- Keep your password to yourself.
- Do not use Gemeez for anything illegal, or to mislead a shop or another user.
- Respect the rights in the content published on Gemeez.
Buying from a shop
Every sale is between you and the shop. The shop sets the price, confirms the sale, takes the payment, hands over or delivers the goods, and handles returns, invoices and warranty. Your rights against the shop, including the 14-day right to withdraw under Law 181/2018 where it applies, are explained on the page «Buying from a shop on Gemeez».
Requests
A reservation request tells a shop what you want. It is not a purchase until the shop accepts it with you.
Reporting a shop
If a shop does not keep its word, report it from its page. We review every report and can stop a shop from selling on Gemeez. Gemeez does not take payments, so it cannot refund money you paid to a shop.
Our responsibility
Gemeez is not a party to the sale and is not responsible for how a shop carries it out. We are not responsible for indirect damage, for loss of data or profit, or for short interruptions of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms and will publish the new version on this page.
Governing law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
