What we collect

• Your account details: name, email and phone number.
• The requests you send to a shop: your name, phone number, your note and the products you asked about.
• The addresses you save in your account.
• How you use the site, such as searches and pages viewed, so we can improve it.

If you tap «Use my location», your phone or browser works out your area on the device to find nearby shops. Your location is not sent to us and is not stored; only the area reaches us.

Gemeez does not take payments, so we do not collect card or bank details.

How we use it

• To run your account and sign you in.
• To pass your request to the shop you chose, so it can answer you.
• To send you notices about your account and your requests.
• To send you offers, only if you agreed to receive them.

Who we share it with

• The shop you send a request to receives your name, phone number and note. It sees your phone number after it accepts the request.
• Companies that host the service or send our emails for us, under contract, and only for that work.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We erase personal data from closed requests after the retention period we publish. We keep your account details while your account exists.

Your rights

Under Personal Data Protection Law 151/2020 you can ask to see, copy, correct or erase your data. From your account page you can download a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account. You can unsubscribe from offers at any time.
